We are very satisfied with the service and our basketball hoop. The communication was excellent. We knew when to expect them on both installation appointments. They were very professional and personable on both occasions. We would recommend Playground World to anyone.

Great teamwork from purchase to installation. Tony from the Medina store explained the differences in hoops & the process/timing of the install. Scheduling was quick & the product is perfect for the location. 

We’ve been working with Playground World for the past five years and are very satisfied with their services and all of their technicians as well. You may pay a little bit more, but the quality and safety is there which is the most important thing.

It was so easy! They helped us choose our set and the installation date. Installation was so efficient. They came within the window and assembled it in under two hours!  Tony and Joe were great! Wonderful experience!

The team was very polite and courteous to ensure pole placement was in the proper spot. They politely disposed of the dirt where requested. They were quick as well.  Anthony and team were the ones that installed the basketball anchor. He gave me a text message prior to arriving to give me a heads up and worked with me to ensure best placement for the anchor. Excellent service!
